Here at locally owned Louisburg Eye Associates, we have a highly trained, experienced, and licensed eye care specialist on staff. We have been providing our optometric services to the Louisburg, NC community since 1992! We are a full scope optometric practice, specializing in primary eye care.

Dr. C. Harrison Lancaster, Jr.

Dr. Lancaster grew up in Raleigh, NC and is a graduate of Broughton High School, class of 1981, and also a Wolfpack Alumnus, graduating from NC State University in 1985, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. He graduated from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1991, where he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree and also won the 1991 Alcon Contact Lens Achievement Award. He also earned a second Bachelor of Science degree in Vision Science while at PCO. His practice, Louisburg Eye Associates was started in 1992. Dr. Lancaster is a member of the American Optometric Association, the North Carolina State Optometric Society and the Eastern District Optometric Society.

Dr. Lancaster currently resides in Youngsville, NC with his wife and has three children. His daughter is also a graduate of NC State and she hopes to go to graduate school in the near future majoring in public health. His older son is going to Wilson Community College and is currently a volunteer fireman with Youngsville Fire Department, while his younger son is a honor student at Franklinton High School. Dr. Lancaster enjoys cycling, both with his bicycle and his motorcycle. He has coached recreational and challenge level soccer, while also being an avid computer gamer and sports enthusiast rooting for his favorites in football, soccer and Nascar.

Dawn

Dawn has been with Louisburg Eye Associates since December of 2008 and does a wonderful job at our front desk, greeting patients, answering phones, ordering contact lenses and handling your insurance billing. Dawn has tons of experience in several different specialty medical offices prior to coming to work for Dr. Lancaster. If you have any questions about appointments, contact lens orders or insurance coverage, she is the one to contact.

She also has interests in crafts such as knitting, crocheting, simple jewelry making and quilting. In fact some of the eyeglass chains we sell, she actually made for us.

Natalie 

Natalie has been with Louisburg Eye Associates since September 2018. She takes care of our Optical Shop. Her duties include frame selection, measurements, and tinting your lenses. She is skilled in fitting, adjusting or repairing your glasses. She looks after our inventory of fashion, designer and budget frames, giving you a wide selection to choose from. She also helps in the front office giving Dawn a hand when needed, making appointments or checking out the patients.
